Returns and refunds

At Lunova Home, we want return conditions to be clear before purchase.

Change of mind

A return request for change of mind may be submitted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with all accessories. Opened, used or customized products may be refused.

Essential oils, home fragrances and other sealed products must remain unopened. Before returning an item, contact Lunova Home to obtain authorization and the appropriate return address. Because our products may come from different suppliers, the return address can vary by product.

For a return accepted solely because of a change of mind, return shipping costs are normally the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the issue is attributable to Lunova Home.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming items

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect or does not match its description. Depending on the situation and applicable rights, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund. We cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by law or where the error is attributable to Lunova Home.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on the financial institution.

Legal warranties and distance purchases

This policy does not limit any rights provided by law. In Quebec, goods sold by a merchant are subject to legal warranties including normal use, reasonable durability, conformity with the description and protection against hidden defects. Distance contracts may also be cancelled in certain circumstances provided by the Consumer Protection Act.
